At Illumicrate, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn and unwashed items. Simply ensure your items are in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box and include the printed return slip inside the package.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
